COVID-19 UPDATES

UPDATE: APRIL 21ST, 2020

We hope this update finds you all well and healthy. As a direct manufacturer and supplier for several “essential” lines of business (medical supply chains, laboratory supplies) as defined by The Department of Homeland Security - CISA guidance, Quincy Lab has remained open and operational.  


As of the date of this update, it is our goal to continue to remain operational, while taking every precaution necessary to protect our employees and maintain a healthy and safe working environment. In an effort to accomplish both, we have decided to close our manufacturing facility from Wednesday, 4/22/20 through Friday, 4/24/20 to allow for deep cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing service to be performed. This is a proactive measure and one we believe will aid us in staying operational and protect our employees. 


HOW THE CLOSURE MAY AFFECT YOU:


Impacted Services:

  • We anticipate a 3-4 day delivery delay for products scheduled to ship, starting this week. This delay may continue for a few weeks as we work hard to resume normal production. 
  • In-stock replacement part orders will not be able to ship out until Monday, 04/27/20. 


Non-impacted Services:

  • The office will remain open for sale inquiries, shipment updates, and mail processing. Office hours will be 9 AM to 4 PM. 
  • Technical support will also continue to be available from 9 AM to 4 PM. 


Please contact us if you or your customer(s) have an order that is pending delivery and will not be able to receive shipments. We will hold the shipment until further notice.

We hope this notice finds you all well and healthy. As a direct manufacturer and supplier for several “essential” lines of business (medical supply chains, laboratory supplies) as defined by The Department of Homeland Security - CISA guidance, Quincy Lab will remain open and fully operational. We are available to take orders and provide any product support you may need.

As of the date of this notice, Quincy Lab is not aware of any significant delays or supply chain issues impacting our production ability. If we become aware of any delays or disruptions, we will notify those that may be impacted.

Please contact us if you or your customer(s) have an order that is pending delivery and will not be able to receive shipments. We will hold the shipment until further notice.  

We are optimistic and hopeful that, together, we will get through this season.
