Digital Bench Ovens

Quincy Lab general-purpose Bench series ovens provides ample workspace along with portability and have been developed primarily for the industrial lab.

Temperature ranges from 

Ambient (room temperature) +25°F min. to a max. of 550°F.

Although there are several different models and styles, all of our Digital Bench series ovens offer these standard features:

• Aluminized interior (available in stainless steel). 
• Incoloy sheathed heating elements.
• 6-lb high-density mineral wool insulation. 
• Gasketed Steel Doors. 
• Adjustable 80-lb capacity shelves. 
• Heat/cool down switch.
• Rapid run-up and recovery times. 
• Baked in scratch-resistant powder coated finish. 

Digital P.I.D. microprocessor: 

Our new and easy-to-use P.I.D. microprocessor not only provides ease of temperature setting but also provides you with ramp & soak capability and a countdown timer, facilitating the most demanding applications. Our digitally controlled Bench Ovens use a ‘J’-type thermocouple.

Communication Upgrade Option -  When paired with the free downloadable software, temperature monitoring and tracking can be remotely controlled via an RS485 connection.

Quincy Lab Bench Ovens are perfect for preheating, thermal testing, self-batch processing, part drying, curing, baking, evaporating or dehydrating various media and soil aggregate, as well as many other applications. All units feature large work spaces and excellent portability.
